Page 62, Nov 6 1835,  Guardian Appointed - The court appoint John W. Hodge Guardian of John R. Bonds, Felix Bonds, Angelina T. Bonds, Rhoda A. Bonds and Lewis Bonds minor orphans.  Bond two hundred and fifty dollars with Samuel Northern his security.

Page 167, September 5 1836, The court appoint William Hamilton guardian for Robert T. Walker a minor orphan Bond in the sum of two thousand dollars with Lewis T. Clements his security.

Page 168 September 5 1836 The court appoint Arnold Russell guardian of Caledonia Lucas, Sterling B. Lucas, Caleb Lucas, Jane Lucas & Caroline t. Lucas minor orphans.  Five bonds in the sum of eight thousand dollars each with Andrew Castleman & Robert B. Castleman his securities.

Page 168, September 5 1836, Mathew Johnson guardian for James Caldwell & Andrew Caldwell minor orphans returned into court an account of his guardianship, ordered to be recorded.

Page 168, September 5 1836, An inventory of the property belonging to the estate of Powhatan Perkins was returned into court by James W. Perkins his guardian and ordered to be recorded.

Page 169, September 5 1836, The court appoint Claiborne Y. Hooper, Charles Mooreman, Enoch Ensley, John J. Hinton, Edward H. East & Herbert Towns to settle with William Anderson, Esq. of Robert Huggins decd. who was guardian for the minor heirs of William Hand decd.  And when such settlement is made hand over the balance due to the heirs, to their present guardian & make report.

Page 171, September 6 1836, The court appoint Edward Bradford guardian of Thomas Henry Bradford, Martha Elizabeth Bradford & James Cowden Bradford minor orphans.  Three bonds in the sum of two hundred dollars with Frederick Bradford & Robert Bradford his securities.

Page 171, September 6 1836, the court appoint Edward H. East guardian of Henry East, Washington East & William East, minor orphans.  Three bonds in the sum of two thousand dollars each, Robert Buchanan and William N, Hawkins his securities.

Page 172, September 6, 1836, It appearing by a certified from the clerk of the County Court of Fayette County that John C. Cooper was appointed by said court guardian to William Alfred Turner & Joseph Medicus Turner minor orphans who have been removed to said county.  It is therefore ordered that Minerva Turner be released from her guardianship of said orphans.


Page 174, October 3 1836, The court appoint Enoch Ensley, Robert B. Castleman & Joseph Novelll commissioners to settle with James McGavock, guardian to the heirs of Larkin Clay decd and make report.
